![]() ![]() Let us start with the most basic looping statement first – the while loop. So the four looping statements available in PHP are – It should be used if the number of iterations is known otherwise use. There may be four different types of loops but the idea and their working nature is very similar. PHP for loop can be used to traverse set of code for the specified number of times. In this tutorial, we go through the basics of writing a valid for loop within the PHP programming language. The first expression ( expr1) is evaluated (executed) once unconditionally at the beginning of the loop. Then we applied simple calculation via for loop to check every number of range between 1-60 to find the prime numbers. In PHP, there are four types of looping statements and in this part of the course we will learn in-depth about all of them. (php 5 > 5.5.0, php 7, php 8) It is possible to iterate over an array of arrays and unpack the nested array into loop variables by providing a list() as the value. The syntax of a for loop is: for (expr1 expr2 expr3) statement. Explanation In this given program, we have taken input from the variable x 60 to generate prime numbers up to 60. ![]() Multidimensional arrays - Arrays containing one or more arrays. ![]() Associative arrays - Arrays with named keys. Looping is just the way to automate the job of performing a task repeatedly for any no. In PHP, the array () function is used to create an array: array () In PHP, there are three types of arrays: Indexed arrays - Arrays with a numeric index. of times and it is sometimes absolutely impossible to do that manually. The for loop will take each item in the list (in order, one after the other), assign that item as the value of the variable var, execute the commands between do. Quite often we need to perform a particular action (or a set of actions) repeatedly for a large no. Just make a for loop from starting 1 to 10, like given below. Now in this part of the course, we will learn about two very important things in almost any programming language – loops and arrays.įirstly, you might be thinking what “loops” are and why do we need to learn it? Looping is nothing but a way to save yourself from the tedious job of doing many repetitive tasks. × PHP Tutorial PHP HOME PHP Intro PHP Install PHP Syntax PHP Variables PHP Echo / Print PHP Data Types PHP Strings PHP Constants PHP Operators PHP If.Else.Till now, we have learned quite a bit of PHP and are capable of writing some decent applications too. This particular implementation is difficult to find in the PHP docs, and the accepted answer provides validation that it works without ten thousand developers needing to 'just create a sample array and try' on an individual basis. ![]()

It is in this relationship that the magic of kite formation happens.īecause these planets are on either side of the chart, the individual can sometimes feel like they’re reeling from one extreme to another. The opposing planets must be understood and reconciled. The opposition becomes the planet of release for the individual for the closed circuit of the Grand Trine. The double sextile forms the same way, giving a refreshing perspective to an otherwise homogenous element family. In a kite, these two segments act as a means of finding solutions to the problems of the closed circuit or Grand Trine. Sextiles, while also harmonious aspects, require effort, work, and patience to achieve full opposition. But a Kite gives you a talent and a chance to make something great of it. It’s like a closed circuit of energy that, while self-sufficient, doesn’t have any interest in sharing or improving on this.Ī Grand Trine gives everything with ease. But because it is so easy-flowing, the energy can often lead to stagnation since they are all in the same element and possess similar energies. Typically, a Grand Trine brings ease into the native’s life due to its harmonious nature. Such talent is expressed through the most personal of planets. The Grand Trine forming all these trines and being so innate and at ease with one another usually make a person too lax in their abilities.Ī Grand Trine is powerful, it provides stability and exceptional talent. There are three planets in the same element, all with a tight orb among them. Grand TrineĪ Grand Trine always denotes a talent. Let’s take a closer look at each of them. You have exceptional talent, and anything almost comes too easily to you.Ī kite pattern occurs in an astrological chart when there is a Grand Trine with another point or planet in opposition to one of the planets in the Grand Trine and sextiles the remaining two. The Kite is the most dynamic of the astrological configurations, and it demands a lot from those who hold it. One of the rarer ones is a kite, which, no surprise, looks like a kite! When you have any astrological chart, it can form many patterns. ![]() ![]() Her professors included Jay Defeo, and Jim Nutt. You may find it difficult to find paints that perfectly match all your criteria at once. But I do use them when I specifically want a granular texture! I suggest you experiment to find out what you like. As far as possible I prefer paints that are not too granular because I find granular paints more difficult to handle. I also chose paints with “ excellent” or “ very good” lightfastness because I don’t want my paintings to fade ! Granularity is more of a personal preference. I find that opaque or multi-pigment paints have tricky handling qualities. They mix well together and don’t create “mud”. Single pigment, transparent paints provide the most saturated and intense versions of any color. When choosing paints I look for colors that fit the following criteria: Ok… Now imagine you’re looking at a manufacturer’s paint chart. This is a characteristic of the pigments themselves. Granular pigments react this way because they are larger, heavier, and more irregular in shape than other small, fine pigments. This appearance is due to the uneven distribution of pigment particles on the paper surface. Granular paints tend to have a grainy texture when dry. Watercolor paints are rated using the ASTM scale (American Standard Test Measure) which ranges from “excellent” to “very poor”. Lightfastness is a rating of how much a particular paint will fade or discolor over time when exposed to light. Look at the transparency rating when comparing watercolors – Paints are usually categorized as “transparent”, “semi-transparent”, or “opaque”. Of course, all watercolors can be made transparent by diluting them with water, but certain pigments hide the underlying paper (or previous wash of color) more than others. TransparencyĬertain watercolors are more transparent than others. For example, if the paint label says “PB28” this means it contains “Pigment Blue number 28”, which is commonly used to make cobalt blue. Pigments are identified by a color index code. The ingredients used to make paint include one, two, three, or sometimes more pigments. Let’s take a quick look at these characteristics so you understand what they mean… Number of pigments ![]() To find this information you’re going to have to read the paint labels, or do a bit of research on the manufacturer’s website.
